Jim Bowe
Director
Jim Bowe is considered by many as an early Pioneer in the Traffic Management industry. Starting his first Traffic Management Business in South Australia in 1997, he has been an industry leader ever since. After successfully merging his business with a publicly listed company he stayed on as an Sales executive for several years before moving to North Queensland with his family to start A2O Traffic Solutions in 2008. From humble beginnings with 10 staff he has built one of the Queensland most respected and successful locally owned Traffic Management Companies. Now with over 200 staff and a fleet of nearly 100 Vehicles A2O Traffic is delivering Industry leading Traffic Management Solutions
Sean Fitzpatrick
Business & Strategic Manager
Sean is responsible for executing and innovating the strategic direction and growth of the business while developing business opportunities within our sector. Sean has been building his experience over 7 years in the traffic management industry. Having worked for some of the largest traffic control companies in the country, Sean has been involved in major projects and events throughout the country. Sean is a qualified Traffic Management Designer (TMD) and has multi industry experience in Senior Management capacity. He has the ability to adapt, assess, innovate, implement and improve business, financially, culturally and efficiently.
Industry experience includes Traffic Management, Training, Traffic Management Design, Civil Construction, Design, Events Management, Electrical and Electronics, Private & Commercial Insurance and Performance Coaching.
David Bowe
Planning & Consultancy Manager
David is responsible for the Planning & Consultancy division of the business while focusing on innovative planning solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. David has had a lot of experience in planning and traffic management, consulting on major projects and events across the country. Having worked for some of the largest traffic control companies in the country, David is passionate about adding value to clients and ensuring cost effective and efficient solution. David’s currently undertaking a Master of Business and Administration (MBA) and is a qualified Traffic Management Designer (TMD).
James Bowe
Business Development Manager
James is responsible for the continued economical growth of A2O Traffic Solutions. With Traffic Management industry experience spanning 9 years in Various levels of management and a strong background in solution based sales and major project delivery. As Business Development Manager and part of the Senior Management team at A2O James is jointly responsible for strategic growth and development at A2O Traffic as well as overseeing operations in the Far North Region. With a strong commitment to customer service combined with his industry knowledge he is in touch with what’s important to the people he does business with and will go over and above to achieve a win win outcome with Customers, Suppliers and staff alike. James' ability to solve problems and think outside the box makes him an integral part of A2O’s Senior Management Team.

Service Delivery Manager - QLD
Jess is our Service Delivery Manager for Queensland. She is responsible for supporting our Service Delivery team across each of our operational regions regions. Jess has building her experience over the last 10 years in the Traffic Management Industry. This has included a variety of roles focused on Traffic Management Implementation. Jess has experience in Planning & Consultancy, Operations, Staff Coaching and Mentoring, Client Engagement, Contract Management, Events Management. Jess has a reputation as an industry leader for traffic management in major events in the Central Queensland market.
Faith Bain
Service Delivery Supervisor - Townsville
Faith’s role as Service Delivery Supervisor in Townsville includes responsibilities such as audit and compliance, client engagement, events, and looking after an ever changing roster and the needs of over 80 Traffic Controllers in the Townsville region, as well as supporting other Operations Supervisors in our other depots across Queensland. Faith has come from a training background, focusing on Traffic Control, she was responsible for administration, accounts, trainee liaising, and compliance. She started in our business as an Administration assistant, and has quickly grown into the Operations Supervisor role.
Greg Weis
Service Delivery Supervisor - Mackay
Greg’s role as Service Delivery Supervisor in Mackay includes responsibilities such as Audits and Compliance, Client Liaison, Events, Rostering and the needs for our Traffic Controllers and clients in the Mackay region. Greg also can assist all the other A2O depots across Queensland when required. Greg is a local and been involved in many different types of Man Management roles…plus a qualified plumber for good measure. He has an underground mining background and now has quickly grown into the Service Delivery Supervisor role in the Traffic Control Industry.

Chris Dahl
Planner
Chris is responsible for the designing of Traffic Guidance Schemes and Traffic Managements plans for A2O Traffic. Chris has been involved within the Traffic Management Industry for 10 years with A2O Traffic, progressing from working on the road as a Traffic Controller through to his current appointment as a planner. Chris Has also previously been engaged as a third-party contractor for Traffic Management Training. Industry experience includes Traffic Management, Traffic Management Training, Traffic Management Plan and Traffic Guidance Scheme Development.
Zahli Griffiths
Planner
Zahli is responsible for the designing of Traffic Guidance Schemes and Traffic Managements plans for A2O Traffic. Zahli is a new entrant to the industry. Industry experience includes Traffic Management, Traffic Management Training, Traffic Management Plan and Traffic Guidance Scheme Development.
Jesse Morris
Innovations Developer
Jesse's responsibility is to create innovative solutions to improve performance with the everyday operations of A2O, this includes full-stack development and design for systems such as web applications and databases using Figma, React, Firebase, and OpenAI's GPT-3. Jesse is also involved with other innovations such as traffic control devices, designing graphics, and intergrading QR codes hence the title 'Innovations Developer' instead of 'Full-stack Developer'. Jesse started out as a traffic controller / TMI on the road for over 6 years before becoming the second in charge at a branch of another traffic control company before becoming Innovations Developer at A2O. Jesse is also qualified in Traffic Management Design, With Jesse's experience in the industry and passion for building effective systems, he is a perfect fit to innovate solutions to help A2O grow efficiently.

Administration & Accounts Manager
Kylie is responsible for smooth running of the day to day duties & staff within our business as the Administration & Accounts Manager based in Head Office. Kylie has been building her experience over 20 years in the Accounts and Office Administration industry, having worked for both private & government businesses within the country. Kylie has been involved in numerous businesses that have implied new account & operating systems which has honed her skills to a very high level. She is very competent in all account aspects within business. She has the ability to accommodate, assess, implement and improve business both financially and efficiently.
Cheryl Moore
Accounts & Payroll Officer
Cheryl is highly competent Financial Administrator with over 10 years of extensive experience in all facets of account management, financial control processes and office administration. Proficient in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable. Cheryl has the ability to adapt, assess, innovate, implement and improve, and efficiently.
Danielle Lewis
Office Administrator
Danielle is the Office Administrator in our Cairns office and has over 10 years’ experience in Administrative roles. Danielle is relatively new to the company and is a prime example of "Arid to Oasis" as she moved from Alice Springs to Cairns. She has worked within a wide range of industries including manufacturing, transport, retail and customer service.
